Ireland will celebrate its third National Workplace Wellbeing Day on Friday 31st Of March!

Companies of all sizes are encouraged to take part in the event, with the main aim being to improve employee health through promoting better nutrition health and physical activity.

On this day, companies all across the country will be taking part in the lunchtime mile, where they are encouraged to go out cycling, walking, jogging, running or swimming during their lunch break.
