  • Images/transparencies shall not be scanned onto any electronic retrieval system for future use and must be deleted following completion of publication.
  • Images/transparencies shall be acknowledged to the copyright holder when reproduced.
  • They shall not be used for anything other than the publication or use specified at the time of borrowing and shall not be passed onto any other user without the permission of the copyright holder.
  • Images/transparencies/cd-roms are the sole property of the copyright holder and are merely on loan to the borrower.
